The mission of 达勒姆郡 Engineering and 环境al 服务 Department is to protect regional water quality through the administration of the sewer use, stormwater and erosion control ordinances; to improve County facilities through the management of capital projects; to protect and enhance our environment through promoting sustainable policies and programs; to preserve natural and scenic lands, farms and forests; and to foster a strong, diverse artistic and cultural environment through administration of the Public Art Program.
